By accessing or using Vermeer AI (“the Service”) at vermeerai.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

You may use Vermeer AI for personal and commercial purposes (on paid plans). You must not use the Service to generate illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, or content prohibited by our content policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of images you upload. For images generated using Vermeer AI, free-plan users receive a personal-use license. Premium and Ultimate subscribers receive a full commercial license. We may use anonymized generation metadata to improve our service.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

Credits are consumed when you use AI generation, editing, upscaling, or background removal features. Credits do not expire within the billing period but do not roll over to the next period. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
